As promised, Starbucks will release its much-awaited 2025 summer menu in May, which will introduce additional beverages and feature new and favorite summertime classics.

The new summer menu features a Spanish-inspired Drink- Iced Horchata Oatmilk Shaken Espresso, along with the return of the much-loved Summer-Berry Refreshers with popping pearls. A new treat, the Strawberries & Cream Cake Pop, will also be available. Starbucks Reserve locations in Chicago, New York City, and Seattle will have the Ube Espresso Martini along with other items like the Crispy Hashbrown Egg Cup, which will be available starting May 6.

Iced Horchata Oatmilk Shaken Espresso comes with Blonde espresso, oat milk, and horchata syrup, which is creamy and spiced. Summer-Berry Refreshers are from 2024 and were launched with berry flavors mixed with raspberry-flavored popping pearls, which later extended to Summer-Berry Lemonade with raspberry and other flavors, along with Summer Skies, which contains coconut milk. As for the new treat, the Strawberries & Cream Cake Pop comes with strawberry-cream cake and buttercream encased in chocolate icing.

Starbucks has not specified a precise nationwide launch date, but previews and strategized communications suggest execution will kick off in early to mid-May, with select Reserve locations commencing on May 6. Last year, the summer menu went live on May 7, and the turn year is likely to be 2025.
